EliteSports want every athlete that comes through our doors to be a well rounded and complete athlete. We will do more than just train our members in the sport of their choice. Along with the sports training you will receive we also offer strength and conditions programs. Our strength and conditioning will work to change the mindset of our athletes.  it will not focus on specific body parts to strengthen instead we will focus on the entire body.

We develop a week by week workout that enhances the muscles of the entire body with a specific goal of strengthening the core. We will alternate between:

  • Upper body: biceps, triceps, and shoulders

  • Chest and back workouts 

  • Legs

We will also focus on proper lifting and stance to avoid/limit any injury and maximize the workout.

Conditioning will include:

  • Cardio

  • resistance

We work to enhance the extension, power and endurance of the muscles. Our coaches will also focus on improving the speed and agility of our players so that any added muscle mass does not reduce any of their other skills.
