Volleyball
Our expert trainers will work with kids in either one-on-one or group settings, and will change their training plans to tailor to the level of play the young athletes have. We can work on a specific skill or all of the skill sets you need to play volleyball.

Serving- Work on underhand or overhand serves. More advanced athletes can learn or work on jump floats or topspins jump serve too.

Passing- Improve platform for passing by having a better angle to the target. Learn various types of footwork patterns to improve serve receive as well.

Hitting-Arm swing training as well as footwork to approach the set and transition footwork to transition off the net. Can work on hitting different type of sets from different positions of the court.

Blocking- Develop better blocking moves through improving blocking footwork or swing blocking motion from different positions on the court. Advance athletes can work on hand placements.
​
Defense- Learn or improve on how to defend different types of balls such as free balls, down balls, or attacks, and increase the defensive moves that can be used to defend them.
​
Setting- Become better at footwork to the ball and hand placements, as well as setting different types of sets from anywhere on the court.
